The Art of the String Quartet
The "Tiberius" String Quartet was discovered in 1994 by professor Devich Sandor at the "Gheorghe Dima" Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca. Members — Molnar Tibor (violin I), Lokodi Karoly (violin II), Molnar Jozsef (viola), and Zagoni Elod (cello) — studied at international masterclasses: Bartok Seminar Szombathely, Britten-Pears School Aldeburgh, Prague-Vienna-Budapest Academy, Orlando Festival Netherlands, Amadeus London (4 times), Dutch Academy Amsterdam (2005), Chilingirian Quartet West Dean (2007), and Franz Liszt Academy Budapest. State Quartet since 2008.
