About the Festival
The Targu Mures Musical Days is the flagship festival of the State Philharmonic of Targu Mures, founded in the 1960s. Held every autumn, the festival brings together internationally renowned artists and offers the audience a week of symphonic, chamber concerts, and exceptional recitals. For over six decades, the festival has become a cultural landmark of Transylvania and a meeting point for music lovers from the entire region.
